- Analyze user behaviour, customer journeys, and website performance to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvement
- Develop and implement data driven CRO strategies to increase website conversions and enhance user experience
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and other key conversion points
- Monitor and interpret website analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Work closely with design, marketing, and development teams to implement optimization initiatives
- Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing through automated customer journeys
- Stay up to date with CRO, e commerce, and marketing automation best practices and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience in a CRO focused role within an e commerce environment
- Strong understanding of user behavior analysis, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization
- Experience with Shopify and e commerce platforms
- Proficiency in website analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer engagement tools
- Knowledge of email marketing, SMS marketing, and WhatsApp marketing automation
- Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests
- Qualification or background in design is highly regarded
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Role Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated and motivated CRO & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team on a part time basis, with potential to transition into full time.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse user behaviour, customer journeys, and website performance to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvement.
- Develop and implement data driven CRO strategies to increase website conversions and enhance the overall user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyse results to optimise landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and other key conversion points.
