A fast-growing HealthTech company in the GCC is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to own commercial growth. The role involves building and leading the entire commercial function, driving revenue, and expanding into new sectors and geographies.

- Define and execute a commercial strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets
- Own and deliver annual revenue, profitability, and market share goals
- Lead high stakes negotiations on strategic deals and framework agreements
- Build executive level relationships with enterprise and government clients
- Develop a high performing commercial team from the ground up
- Partner closely with Technology, AI, Data, and Cybersecurity functions
- Report directly on performance, pipeline, and strategy
Requirements
- 15 20+ years in commercial leadership within technology or consulting
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the UAE or GCC
- Deep experience in the Government and/or Healthcare sectors
- Fluency in enterprise sales and public procurement processes
- Ability to lead, inspire, and retain high calibre commercial talent
- Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or IT — MBA preferred
