About the Role

- Build and optimize workflows, triggers, and AI tools (chatbots, predictive models) to improve efficiency
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Manage permissions, data hygiene, and security; provide training and collaborate with sales and marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Marketing Technology, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in CRM configuration and workflow automation (n8n)
- Proficiency in CRM: Odoo, Zoho

Job Description

- Manage permissions, data hygiene, and security; provide training and collaborate with sales and marketing for segmentation and personalized campaigns.
Qualifications
- Must have bachelor’s degree in information systems, Marketing Technology, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in CRM configuration and workflow automation (n8n).
- Proficiency in the following CRM: Odoo, Zoho
