Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end crewing process for assigned vessels and regions, including recruitment, selection, appointment, contracting, and timely crew deployment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant STCW, flag state, port state, ISM, and customer requirements, including agency oversight and participation in audits
- Coordinate crew training, development, and appraisal processes, and make recommendations for promotions and further development
- Act as a key contact for crew and support internal stakeholders in resolving crewing matters and improving service delivery
- Support the continuous improvement of crewing operations through stakeholder engagement, crew localisation programmes, Shipmate implementation, and collaboration with the Crewing Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience, ideally within the maritime industry
- Solid knowledge of crewing, logistics procedures, and operational processes
- Good understanding of STCW, flag state, and port state legislation
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to safe and compliant working practices

Your Responsibilities As a Crewing Officer
- Manage the end to end crewing process for assigned vessels and regions, including recruitment, selection, appointment, contracting, and timely crew deployment.

Your qualities
