Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Credit Operations Officer to support and manage the daily credit operations process.
  • The role involves reviewing financing applications, preparing contracts, following up on missing documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operational workflow across the credit lifecycle.
  • This role is ideal for someone with strong operational, communication, and organizational skills who wants to grow within fintech, credit operations, and risk management.

What will you be doing?

  • Review and process financing applications in line with company policies and SLAs.
  • Prepare, create, and validate contracts within internal systems.
  • Follow up with customers, landlords, and internal teams for missing documents and approvals.
  • Monitor application pipelines and ensure timely processing and completion.
  • Conduct quality checks on applications and customer documentation before final processing.
  • Coordinate with Risk, Sales, Legal, Collections, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Ensure accuracy of customer data and contract information within systems.
  • Support operational reporting and maintain trackers using Excel and dashboards.
  • Escalate operational issues, delays, or policy exceptions when needed.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

You're a perfect match if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in credit operations, banking, fintech, or related operational roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
