Job Summary

  • Seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead partnerships and expand market presence.
  • Ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales, outdoor sales, and business development experience.

Building Partnerships & Strategic Relations

  • Establish and maintain communication with companies and institutions.
  • Develop long term business partnerships aligned with company objectives.
  • Represent the company at events and exhibitions.

Sales & Business Expansion

  • Conduct field sales with real estate companies and developers.
  • Deliver business proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients.

Meetings & Opportunity Management

  • Schedule and organize daily meetings with potential partners.
  • Present the company professionally.
  • Prepare follow up reports on opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on performance, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Monitor and track monthly and annual objectives.

You're a perfect match if you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in B2B sales, outdoor sales, and business development.
  • Experience in fintech, proptech, or real estate sector is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.
