Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, results driven Corporate Sales Manager to spearhead our employer partnership channel.
  • You will be responsible for pitching and closing B2B deals with corporate employers so they can offer Rize’s rent now pay later product as an employee benefit.

Employer Partnerships & B2B Acquisition

  • Target & Acquire: Identify, pitch, and close B2B deals with companies to integrate Rize as a corporate employee benefit.
  • HR Engagement: Connect and build deep relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, and Employee Benefits Managers.
  • End to End Sales: Deliver compelling business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, navigate corporate procurement, and close partnership contracts.

Account Management & Growth

  • Onboarding & Activation: Work with partner HR teams to successfully launch Rize to their employees.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Network Representation: Represent Rize at HR conferences, corporate wellness events, and exhibitions.

Meeting & Pipeline Management

  • Active Prospecting: Schedule and conduct daily field/outdoor meetings with potential corporate partners across Riyadh.
  • Value Proposition: Present Rize in a professional manner, tailoring the value proposition to solve employer challenges.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Performance Tracking: Prepare regular pipeline, contract, and partnership performance reports.
  • Goal Achievement: Monitor and consistently hit monthly and annual B2B acquisition targets.

You're a perfect match if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of selling services/products directly to HR departments or corporate executive teams.
  • Strong background in account management to ensure post sale success and adoption.
  • Experience in FinTech, PropTech, SaaS, or Corporate Insurance/Benefits is a major plus.
