Check and validate loan disbursement details in the system, ensuring amounts, terms, and conditions match approved agreements.
Record and reconcile payments received through banks for issued loans.
Confirm that all required documents and verifications are completed before releasing funds.
Maintain accurate and updated records within the credit management system.
Review documentation carefully to reduce errors and control risk before disbursement.
Monitor disbursement activities and report any discrepancies for further review.
Update and verify customer information to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with branch teams regarding corrections, validations, and updates in loan processing.
Ensure all disbursement activities follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support smooth credit operations through proper coordination and timely processing.
Job Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in lending operations, credit disbursement, or financial services is required.
Good understanding of credit systems and financial processes.
Strong numerical ability with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with good problem solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant financial tools.
