- Manage debtors, follow up on outstanding invoices, and assess credit related matters
- Prepare, check, and process sales invoices accurately and on time
- Maintain the debtor portfolio and contact customers about outstanding payments
- Monitor payment agreements and ensure invoices are processed correctly in the administration
- Work closely with colleagues from Finance, Sales, Operations, and Shared Services to resolve questions and keep customer files up to date
- Contribute to reliable financial processes and continuous improvement within daily financial workflows
Requirements
- Minimum MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a financial or administrative direction
- Experience in credit control, debtor management, invoicing, financial administration, or a similar role
- Financially minded, accurate, proactive, and able to work in a structured and organized manner
- Customer oriented and communicative, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments
- Good command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage

Overview
- For our Finance and Shared Services team in Dubai, we are searching for a Credit Controller / Invoicing Officer.
- In this combined role, you will be responsible for managing debtors, following up on outstanding invoices, assessing credit related matters, and preparing, checking, and processing sales invoices accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the debtor portfolio, contacting customers about outstanding payments, monitoring payment agreements, and ensuring that invoices are processed correctly in the administration.
- Working closely with colleagues from Finance, Sales, Operations, and Shared Services to resolve questions, keep customer files up to date, and contribute to reliable financial processes across Van den Bosch.
Your profile
- Minimum MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a financial or administrative direction;
- Experience in credit control, debtor management, invoicing, financial administration, or a similar role;
- Financially minded, accurate, proactive, and able to work in a structured and organized manner;
- Customer oriented and communicative, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments;
- Good command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
