- Support Commercial Managers by processing requests for quotation and tenders
- Prepare accurate cost calculations, price proposals, quotations and commercial presentations
- Work closely with Pricing Managers, Procurement, Customer Service to ensure customer requests are translated into complete, competitive proposals
- Collect and analyze market and competitor information, provide relevant insights to Commercial Managers
- Help identify suitable transport solutions
- Contribute to improving commercial processes and systems, with attention to efficiency, automation and sustainability
- Support Commercial Managers with sustainability related information for customers
Requirements
- Minimum completed secondary vocational education, with demonstrable bachelor level working and thinking ability
- Strong commercial insight
- Good command of English; knowledge of a local language is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and an affinity with the transport and logistics sector
- Experience in logistics or a commercial role is an advantage, as is experience with CRM and calculation software
- A proactive and accurate way of working, with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with different internal stakeholders

Overview
- For our Commercial Department, we are looking for an ambitious Commercial Control Employee. In this role, you will be a key link within our organization and contribute to the optimization of commercial processes.
Responsibilities
- Support Commercial Managers by processing requests for quotation and tenders, preparing accurate cost calculations, price proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
- Work closely with Pricing Managers, Procurement, Customer Service to ensure that customer requests are translated into complete, competitive proposals and that commercial agreements are transferred accurately into the organization.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor information, provide relevant insights to Commercial Managers, and help identify suitable transport solutions.
- Actively contribute to improving commercial processes and systems, with attention to efficiency, automation and sustainability.
- Support Commercial Managers with sustainability related information for customers.
Your Profile
