Functieomschrijving
- Voor een nieuw team binnen Shared Services Dubai zoeken wij een Back Office Employee. In deze functie ondersteun je de dagelijkse operatie door informatie tijdig, volledig en correct te verwerken.
- Je werkzaamheden bestaan voornamelijk uit mailboxmanagement en het vullen van Quintiq, het planningssysteem waarin belangrijke operationele informatie wordt vastgelegd.
Jouw profiel
- Minimaal mbo werk en denkniveau
- Ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden, dataverwerking of mailboxmanagement is een pré
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
- Je levert graag kwaliteit en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor correcte informatieverwerking
- Je kunt goed omgaan met systemen en maakt nieuwe werkwijzen snel eigen
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
