Key Responsibilitie
- S: Assist in the setting up of the credit control sys
- temEnsure that debts are paid in a timely man
- nerMeet cash & debtor day targets set by the F
- irmChase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timesca
- lesMaintain accurate records of all chasing activ
- ityRegular meetings with Fee Earners to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necess
- aryIdentify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedn
- essEnsure that all transactions are compliant with SARs and HMRC regulati
- onsHandle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed te
- rmsProvide accurate advice on billing quer
- iesRespond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquir
- iesPropose write off of irrecoverable WIP and disburseme
- ntsPrepare files for transfer to the Debt Recovery D
- eptProviding ad-hoc reporting as and when reques
