About the Role
The company is hiring a Credit Control Executive for its Finance team on a six-month temporary contract.
The role manages outstanding customer accounts, supports timely collections, maintains accurate financial records, and supports Finance objectives.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect outstanding debtor accounts through telephone, email, and other correspondence.
- Perform cash allocation, account reconciliations, and issue statements, invoices, and credit notes.
- Record and document transactions accurately and manage customer credit limits.
- Identify accounts needing attention, follow up, and escalate non-payment concerns.
- Maintain account details, filing systems, and documentation accurately.
- Handle customer and finance-related queries and liaise with Customer Service and Finance.
