Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly creative and commercially minded Creative Visual Designer to support the design and optimization of guest experiences across theme parks, attractions, and tourist destinations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of guest journey design, spatial planning, visual merchandising, and revenue focused layouts.
- This role is responsible for identifying optimal photography locations, retail counter placements, guest flow patterns, and attraction touchpoints that enhance both guest engagement and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end to end guest journeys across indoor and outdoor attractions.
- Plan visitor flow, entry and exit points, queue management systems, and crowd circulation.
- Develop strategic layouts that enhance guest engagement and operational efficiency.
- Analyze footfall patterns, guest behavior, and space utilization to improve the overall visitor experience.
- Support the planning and development of new attractions, themed zones, and experiential environments.
- Identify and position photography and shooting locations to maximize guest participation and photo sales.
- Design and recommend retail counter placements to improve visibility, conversion rates, and impulse purchases.
- Integrate image and photography business operations seamlessly into the guest journey.
- Balance creative storytelling with commercial objectives, throughput efficiency, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, retail, and creative teams to implement guest focused design solutions.
- Develop guest journey maps, concept layouts, storyboards, and experience strategies.
- Advise on experience development by integrating creative, brand, operational, and commercial considerations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment between design concepts, operational requirements, and business objectives.
- Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including design, fabrication, technical integration, retail operations and attraction management.
- Support operational readiness and smooth execution in high traffic guest environments.
- Contribute to creative content development, presentations, environmental graphics, and stakeholder deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational requirements, and brand guidelines.
