About The Role

ATFX MENA is seeking a

Creative Video Producer

who can own the full video production cycle — from concept to final delivery.

This is not a passive editing role.

You will be responsible for creating high-performing content that drives client acquisition, strengthens brand positioning, and delivers measurable results across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end video production process: ideation, shooting, editing, and final delivery
  • Produce high-performing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) optimized for engagement and conversion
  • Develop and deliver long-form content including brand videos, campaign assets, explainers, and testimonials
  • Plan and execute video shoots (in-house and on-location), including lighting, framing, audio, and direction
  • Edit content using motion graphics, captions, sound design, and pacing aligned with performance goals
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Performance teams to align content with campaign objectives
  • Analyze content performance and optimize creative output based on data and insights
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure competitive content
  • Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring high production quality
  • Integrate AI video tools and emerging technologies into the production workflow where relevant

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video production with a strong portfolio
  • Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and conversions
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Comfortable both behind the camera and in post-production
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content performance
  • Experience in finance, fintech, or regulated industries is a plus
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
