Creative Supervisor - Marketing - Admin - BLR

Workflow Management

• Partner with the Creative Manager to prioritize incoming work and ensure consistent visibility and alignment across all active projects.

• Lead or actively participate in scrum meeting, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Partner with project management and marketing leadership to align on timelines, deliverables, and scope.

• Monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of final outputs.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior and mid-level creative staff.

• Conduct regular check-ins to review workload, performance, and professional development goals.

• Coach team members on creative thinking, execution, and presentation skills.

• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.

• Participate in performance reviews and contribute to talent development planning.

• Actively contribute to concept development, design, and execution of key projects, especially high-priority or complex initiatives.

• Step in to support workload spikes or fill skill gaps within the team.

• Review and refine creative output to ensure consistency with brand standards and strategic objectives.

• Lead by example in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.

Creative Quality & Brand Stewardship

• Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines, tone, and strategic positioning.
