We are looking for a Creative Producer to shape the creative direction of digital products focused on building online connections. You will lead creative testing strategy from concept to performance analysis, combining creativity, data, and AI technologies.

- Own the end to end creative testing framework, including hypothesis creation, decision making criteria, testing thresholds, and optimization rules
- Generate creative concepts and hypotheses based on performance insights, competitor research, advertising trends, and learnings from adjacent industries
- Create detailed briefs and coordinate with designers and AI powered content production workflows to deliver effective creative assets
- Partner with user acquisition teams to execute creative tests and analyze performance outcomes
- Evaluate creative results across key metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, IPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and cohort retention
- Build and maintain a creative knowledge base identifying successful themes, messaging angles, and performance drivers
- Provide regular reporting on creative portfolio performance and recommend improvements based on data driven insights
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, creative performance, or similar roles, preferably within high volume creative environments such as e commerce, gaming, or dating
- Hands on experience using AI powered video and image generation tools such as Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical abilities with experience working with large datasets, dashboards, spreadsheets, and creative performance metrics
- Excellent creative briefing skills, including the ability to define hypotheses, references, requirements, and clear production guidelines
- Strong understanding of digital advertising performance and creative optimization principles
- Professional working proficiency in English, particularly for the US market
