Creative Florist And Floral Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, gift sets, and event styling concepts
• Create seasonal and custom floral designs based on client requests and brand standards
• Maintain flower freshness, inventory quality, and proper handling procedures
• Assist with visual merchandising and in-store presentation
• Coordinate with the operations team for orders, events, and deliveries
• Prepare arrangements for corporate events, weddings, private occasions, and daily retail orders
• Stay updated with floral trends, color palettes, and creative wrapping/presentation ideas
• Conduct floral workshops and training sessions for clients and corporate groups
• Provide training and guidance to team members and junior staff on floral techniques and presentation standards
• Support social media content creation through aesthetically styled floral setups when needed
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace

Requirements

• Previous experience in floristry or floral design preferred
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Experience in conducting workshops or training sessions is an advantage
• Knowledge of flower care and arrangement techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and events when required
• Passion for luxury presentation, gifting, and creative styling
