Requirements

- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment repairs
- Experience with diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
- Familiarity with warranty processes and PSP coordination
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of workshop safety standards and reporting systems
- Supervisory experience preferred

Job Summary
- The CRC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing engine and hydraulic repair operations within the Heavy Machinery & Equipment Workshop.
- The role ensures efficient workshop performance through effective team leadership, technical support, resource planning, and coordination of warranty and PSP related activities.
