About the Role
Alchemy Business Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Crane Operator for the Oil & Gas industry in Abu Dhabi. The role involves operating mobile cranes, forklifts, and heavy vehicles, ensuring lifting operations comply with HSE/quality standards, and performing daily equipment checks.

Responsibilities
- Operate mobile cranes, forklifts, and light and heavy vehicles
- Ensure lifting and related operations are carried out in accordance with Company’s procedures and HSE/Quality standards
- Daily checking of heavy equipment conditions before use and log any fault operation or damage
- Coordinate with ground operators/Riggers/Banksman and interpret hand and verbal signals
- Timely completion of lifting activities as per standards and maintenance plan
- Carry out maintenance activities on equipment and facilities as per instruction and defined standards
- Prepare status update/shift reports to keep management informed about daily maintenance activities
- Monitor the physical condition of related equipment and record results of inspection
Requirements
- Technical Diploma
- More than 5 years of experience in operating mobile cranes in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Ability to operate mobile cranes, forklifts, and light and heavy vehicles
- Knowledge of HSE/Quality standards
- Ability to coordinate with ground operators/Riggers/Banksman and interpret hand and verbal signals

Requirements
- Candidates with a Technical Diploma with more than 5 years of experience in operation Mobile cranes in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Operate mobile cranes, forklifts and light and heavy vehicles
Responsibilities
- Ensure lifting and other related operations are carried out in accord to Company’s procedures and HSE/Quality standards
- Daily checking of heavy equipment conditions before using and log any fault operation or any damage on the heavy equipment & other vehicles
- Coordinate with ground operators/Riggers/Banksman and interpret hand and verbal signals
- Timely completion of lifting activities as per standards and maintenance plan
- Carry out maintenance activities on equipment and facilities as per instruction and defined standards
- Prepare status update/shift reports to keep management informed about the daily maintenance activities and facilitate decision making
- Regular checking of heavy equipment conditions and report any fault operation of the heavy equipment and other vehicles to foreman civil and supervisor civil
- All reports are presented timely and accurately in line with schedule
- Monitor the physical condition of related equipment, and record results of inspection
- Adherence to procedures
Compensation
- Salary: AED 3,250 + Offshore Allowance
- Rotation: 90/30
