Prepare and serve food items while ensuring recipes and quality standards are consistently followed.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and an organized workspace at all times.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Handle customer payments using cash and POS systems with accuracy.
Serve customers at the counter in a timely and professional manner.
Receive and verify customer orders carefully to ensure accuracy before serving.
Communicate politely with customers and contribute to a friendly and welcoming environment.
Support basic operational tasks to maintain service flow during busy and peak hours.
Assist in restocking and basic kitchen or counter setup when required.
Job Experience Requirements
Minimum Intermediate level education is required.
Basic communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
