Role overview
Ramboll is seeking a Cost Controller to join its global finance organisation and Cost Management team.
The role supports global support functions and serves as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders and senior management.
The work location is Ramboll’s office in Noida, India.
Responsibilities
- Own financial results and planning for the cost management area.
- Drive cost improvement through data-driven spending analysis.
- Define and track KPIs used to steer the function.
- Partner with global finance, functional leadership, country leadership, and business stakeholders.
- Organise financial reviews and prepare analyses, trends, calculations, and simulations.
- Support complex business cases and analyse costs, allocations, postings, and cost trends.
- Coordinate with local finance and accounting controllers.
Requirements
- B.Com and MBA in Finance, or an equivalent Finance degree.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering.
- Strong analytical ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modelling.
