Responsibilities
- Calculate costs of food and beverage items and suggest menu pricing changes
- Control wastage, pilferage, and efficiency in F&B outlets
- Prepare variance analysis and communicate with relevant parties
- Update and maintain receipts in R&A system
- Verify voids, discounts, complimentary sales, and staff meals in POS
- Conduct weekly surprise spot checks in stores and outlets
- Prepare daily and monthly F&B cost reports
- Participate in stock taking and report slow moving items
Requirements
- Experience in F&B cost control
- Knowledge of POS and R&A systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct audits

Job Overview
- As a Food and Beverage cost controller, you are responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and planning F&B controlling and pricing aspects.
- You will record information, produce control reports, and suggest menu price changes based on costing data.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.
- Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
- Update and maintain receipts into the systems (R&A).
- Check and verify voids, discounts, complimentary sales, staff meals, and settlements in POS systems.
- Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure costs are within budget.
- Daily Import of Micros Sales to R&A system.
- Tally all end of shift reports generated from all POS tills.
- Generate & verify the daily Food & Beverage revenues report.
- Responsible for linking articles and Recipes in R&A.
- Prepare daily and monthly F&B reports and distribute to management.
- Conduct weekly surprise spot checks in Stores & outlets.
Attendance
- You will be required to mark your daily attendance through designated Biometric machines; failure to do so will be considered absent and lead to salary deduction.
