Elevate Accounting & Auditing seeks a Tax Consultant for Corporate Tax & VAT to join their Tax Advisory team in Dubai. The role involves delivering corporate tax advisory, VAT advisory, and compliance services to clients across various sectors.

Responsibilities
- Provide end to end Corporate Tax and VAT advisory and compliance services to clients across various sectors
- Support clients in understanding and meeting UAE Corporate Tax regulations, Free Zone rules, and related legislative updates
- Assist in reviewing financial statements, tax positions, and transactions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Advise on tax planning, business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and cross border transactions
- Prepare and review Corporate Tax returns, VAT returns, tax computations, and supporting documentation
- Assist clients in addressing queries from FTA, audits, assessments, and tax disputes
- Build and maintain long term client relationships through timely communication and efficient delivery
- Support senior managers in managing complex tax projects and delivering client presentations and reports
- Support managers in proposal writing, responding to RFPs, preparing memos, presentations, and tax technical notes
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously by preparing work trackers, project schedules, and responsibility matrices
Requirements
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, CA, CMA or equivalent, along with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a reputed accounting or consulting firm, preferably with multi jurisdictional exposure
- Solid understanding of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR, Transfer Pricing, BEPS 2.0, and CbCR (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legislation
- Excellent communication, business writing, and Excel skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, handle multiple clients, and work independently and collaboratively

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Tax Consultant – Corporate Tax & VAT to join our Tax Advisory team.
- The role involves delivering a broad range of corporate tax advisory, VAT advisory, and compliance services to clients operating in the UAE and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end to end Corporate Tax and VAT advisory and compliance services to clients across various sectors.
- Support clients in understanding and meeting UAE Corporate Tax regulations, Free Zone rules, and related legislative updates.
- Assist in reviewing financial statements, tax positions, and transactions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Advise on tax planning, business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and cross border transactions.

- Keep updated on regulatory changes, BEPS 2.0, Transfer Pricing requirements, ESR, CbCR, and international tax developments.

Qualifications
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, CA, CMA or equivalent, along with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
