About the Role
Peergrowth is seeking a UAE National graduate for a Corporate Governance Clerk role at a bank in Dubai. The position supports the Corporate Governance function in maintaining an effective governance framework, with exposure to Board governance, regulatory requirements, and policy documentation.

Responsibilities
- Support the review and maintenance of the Bank’s Corporate Governance Framework, policies, procedures and related governance documents
- Assist in tracking CBUAE, SCA and other applicable governance requirements
- Support preparation and coordination of corporate governance related inputs for Board and Board Committee matters
- Maintain governance trackers, registers, records and follow up items, including insider trading
- Assist in preparing information for regulatory reviews, audits and internal governance reporting
- Support governance awareness, training coordination and documentation management
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements
- UAE National graduate or diploma holder in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Accounting or a related field
- Fresh graduates may be considered
- Interest in banking, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Organised, willing to learn and able to work professionally with senior stakeholders

Job Purpose
- To support the Corporate Governance function in maintaining an effective governance framework across the Bank, in line with CBUAE, SCA and internal governance requirements.
- The role will provide the trainee with practical exposure to Board governance, Senior management interaction, regulatory requirements, policy documentation, governance reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities

- Support governance awareness, training coordination and documentation management.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Candidate Profile
- UAE National graduate or diploma holder in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Accounting or a related field.
- Fresh graduates may be considered.
