Overview
- We are a UAE‑based consulting firm specializing in company formation and corporate services, and we are looking for a highly experienced Corporate Bank Account Officer.
- This role requires strong hands‑on experience in coordinating with UAE banks, relationship managers, compliance teams, and clients to successfully open corporate bank accounts.
- The ideal candidate may come from:
- A UAE bank (corporate banking background), or
- A consulting / corporate services / company formation firm handling client bank account applications.
- Manage the entire process of opening corporate bank accounts for clients across major UAE banks.
- Coordinate directly with bank relationship managers, compliance teams, and bankers to ensure smooth processing.
- Communicate closely with clients to collect required KYC documents, application forms, and company documents.
- Prepare, review, and submit all bank account opening files in accordance with UAE banking requirements.
- Maintain excellent follow‑up with banks and provide clients with regular updates.
- Advise clients professionally on bank requirements, timelines, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with banking partners.
