About the Role
A confidential company is seeking a Government Relations Coordinator (UAE National) for a full-time, on-site role in Musaffah. You will coordinate government relation activities, perform clerical duties, and assist the Government Relations Manager.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all government relation activities under the direction of the Government Relations Manager
- Coordinate with the Government Relations Officer for necessary arrangements to welcome VIP guests of CEO
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and filing of department records
- Create and share presentations as advised by department manager
- Handle incoming calls and take notes on behalf of the department and share with concerned person
- Prepare and share minutes of departmental meetings
- Prepare Memos, circulars, and other communication materials based on department manager’s advice
- Maintain all documents, records, and other files properly and retrieve them as required
- Perform administrative and other related duties as directed by the Government Relations Manager
- Assist GR Manager & GR Officer for all departmental activities as required
- Assist GR Manager for all meetings and correspondence with domestic and foreign government departments
- Coordinate with H&S, QA department, and AUH police as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Public Relations, International Relations
- 3 5 Years’ experience in Government relation, Administration, corporate services
- Report writing experience
- Customer service skills
- UAE National (Emirati) as part of Emiratization initiative

Job Description
- GR Coordinator will be coordinating all government relation activities under the direction of the Government Relations Manager.
- Coordinating with the Government Relations Officer for necessary arrangements to welcome the VIP guests of CEO.

- Creating and sharing presentations as advised by department manager.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Public Relations, International Relations.
- 3 5 Years’ experience in Government relation, Administration, corporate services.
- Report writing experience.
- Customer service skills.
