Job Description

  • GR Coordinator will be coordinating all government relation activities under the direction of the Government Relations Manager.
  • Coordinating with the Government Relations Officer for necessary arrangements to welcome the VIP guests of CEO.
  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing and filing of department records.
  • Creating and sharing presentations as advised by department manager.
  • Handles incoming calls and takes notes on behalf of the department and share it with the concerned person.
  • Preparing and sharing minutes of departmental meeting.
  • Preparing Memo’s / circulars and other communication materials based on department manager’s advice.
  • Maintain all documents, records and other files properly and retrieve them as and when required.
  • Performs administrative and other related duties as directed by the Government Relations Manager.
  • Assist GR Manager & GR Officer for all departmental activities as required.
  • Assist GR Manager for all meetings and correspondence with domestic and foreign government departments with respect to Emirates Steel.
  • Coordinate with H&S, QA department, and AUH police as needed.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Public Relations, International Relations.
  • 3 5 Years’ experience in Government relation, Administration, corporate services.
  • Report writing experience.
  • Customer service skills.
