Role Overview
Four Seasons is seeking a Coordinator, Design Services - OS&E for its Global Creative, OS&E, Design Services team.
The role coordinates design, development, and vendor-management projects across internal teams, owners, and external vendors.
The position reports to the Manager, Creative, OS&E, Design Services - Global.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate and track projects from kickoff and briefing through completion while monitoring scope, critical path, and quality.
- Organize meetings, agendas, minutes, status reports, documents, and action-item follow-up.
- Create and maintain RFPs, project processes, and correspondence.
Design and Creative Support
- Support OS&E and Design Services projects from initial briefing through completion.
- Partner with design and vendor teams from concept development through delivery.
- Ensure deliverables meet brand, design, production, scope, critical-path, and quality standards.
- Manage files and communication between design, vendor, production, and operational teams.
