Portioning, arranging and garnishing food to ensure proper presentation.
Assisting with storeroom duties as needed, such as receiving orders, rotating stock, and labelling and dating food items that are prepped or opened.
Maintaining professional communication with front of the house employees to accommodate all guest requests and special dietary needs.
Observing and testing food to ensure proper quality using methods such as tasting, smelling, or temperature checks.

A minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a cook in an upscale high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
A Food Safe Certificate.
Ability to work where there is frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high and low temperatures, and humidity.
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Creative, innovative, and passionate for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
