- Communicate assistance needed during busy periods
- Inform chef of excess items for daily specials
- Communicate any special menu items or shortages to service staff
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Requirements
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
