- 3 5 years of field or plant control panel experience in Power Plant Operations
- Fluency in English
- Male UAE National with Family Book
- Flexibility to work day/night shifts and be located near site during shift days

Purpose of the Job
- The Control Room Operator (CRO) ensures safe and efficient operation of the power and water plant, optimizing plant performance and maintaining all control systems to meet commercial and environmental targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce Health & Safety policies and monitor contractor compliance
- Operate plant equipment and respond to emergencies
- Conduct predictive and preventative maintenance
- Perform calibration and repair of instrumentation and control systems
- Maintain operational efficiency and cleanliness of the facility
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines
- 3 5 Years / 3 years field or Plant control panel experience in Power Plant Operations
- Maintenance experience is also considered
Skills
- Proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Computer literate with diagnostic tool proficiency
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and emergency response practices
Working Hours
- Normal working hours: 2 morning & 2 night shifts of 12 hours each, followed by 4 days off
- Must be flexible with day or night shift
- Ready to be located near site during shift days
Work Environment & Safety
- Operates in a high risk, hazardous environment
- Must use full PPE and comply with safety protocols
- Job is classified as high risk according to international safety regulations
