Expanding team for a large-scale Mixed-Use Development project in Abu Dhabi.
Seeking a highly skilled professional for the role of Contracts & Procurement Manager.
Qualifications and professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- Master’s degree in Construction Law / Commercial Management – Preferred.
- PMP certification would be considered a plus.
- FIDIC Certification would be considered a plus.
- Training in Contract Law / Claims Management – Preferred.
- 12–15+ years of experience.
- Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants.
- Alternatively, experience with Tier 1 Contractors is acceptable.
- Experience with major developers is a strong advantage.
- Strong exposure to mega projects / mixed-use developments is required.
- Must have client-facing experience and ability to represent client commercially.
- Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments.
Role Description
- Manage contracts and procurements for a large-scale mixed-use development project.
- Oversee the procurement process to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all contracts and procurements are aligned with the project’s goals and objectives.
- Provide commercial representation for the client.
