  • We are the Leading Industrial Group in the UAE, looking for a Contracts & Agreements Specialist to join our team.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure clarity, compliance, and adherence to legal standards.
  • Prepare contractual agreements using current research methods and knowledge of client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and address concerns related to contract terms.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential liabilities and ensure contracts minimize risks.
  • Maintain organized contract documentation, tracking key milestones, deadlines, and renewal dates.
  • Review contract terms for compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance on contract related matters including interpretation, implementation, and dispute resolution.
  • Stay current on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting contract management.
  • Manage Extension of Time Claims and Financial Claims for Infrastructure and Building Contracts.
  • Draft RFQs, evaluate tenders, negotiate and finalize subcontracts.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • BS degree in Engineering discipline (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Operations Research) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong compliance orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • In depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents and legal specifications.
  • Proven work experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar role.
