- Develop and implement mobilization plans for new catering contracts
- Coordinate pre opening activities including staffing, procurement, equipment installation, and facility readiness
- Ensure timely operational readiness before contract commencement
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Procurement, Finance, HSE, and Operations
- Manage project timelines and mobilization budgets
- Ensure high quality food production and service delivery
- Monitor productivity and operational efficiency
- Ensure all contractual KPIs and SLAs are achieved
- Monitor contract performance and prepare regular operational reports
- Optimize manpower utilization
- Prepare and manage operational budgets
- Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overhead expenses
Requirements
- 10 16 years of experience in catering contract management
- Experience in mobilization of new catering contracts
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
- Financial acumen for budget management

Job Summary
- The Contract Manager / Mobilization Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the mobilization of new catering contracts and ensuring smooth operational delivery throughout the contract period.
- This role oversees project timelines, staffing, procurement, compliance, food safety, client relationships, and financial performance while ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
