About Our Saudi Operations
- Efficio has operated in the Kingdom since 2014 and opened its Riyadh office in 2019.
- Today, our team of nearly 250 consultants supports clients across infrastructure, giga-projects, and strategic transformation programmes aligned with Vision 2030.
- We are looking for experienced Delivery Contract Managers to lead end-to-end pre-award contracting, drive commercial alignment, and support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure packages.
- Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading end-to-end pre-award contracting, from tender release through to contract signature, across assigned infrastructure packages
- Drafting and tailoring FIDIC-based contracts, including bespoke amendments aligned to project risk allocation and strategy
- Leading negotiations with suppliers and contractors to close deviations, clarify risks, and secure commercial alignment
- Collaborating closely with Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure contract readiness and completeness
- Managing the contract signature process, ensuring appropriate approvals, delegation of authority, and document control
- Maintaining contract risk and negotiation trackers, and escalating issues impacting signature timelines and critical milestones.
- We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
- These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment.
