Programme Overview

  • At Efficio, we help organisations transform their procurement and supply chain performance to deliver sustainable, lasting impact.
  • In partnership with TAQA Transmission, we're proud to launch the Emirati Procurement and Innovation Capability (EPIC) Programme an exciting 2 year development programme designed to equip ambitious Emirati graduates and early career professionals with the skills, experience, and confidence to build
  • During the first year, participants will complete a structured development programme with Efficio, gaining hands on experience, training, and professional development.
  • In the second year, participants will transition into a full time role within TAQA Transmission's Procurement Department, where they will continue to build their skills and grow their careers.

What will you be doing?

  • Work alongside experienced Efficio consultants on real client engagements.
  • Gather, analyse, and interpret data to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and support decision making.
  • Contribute to procurement and supply chain transformation projects across infrastructure, energy, and a range of other industries.
  • Develop core consulting skills, including problem solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Learn through structured training, mentorship, and on the job development.
  • Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll transition into a full time role within TAQA Transmission's Procurement Department, where you'll continue your career and apply the experience gained through EPIC.

Ideal Candidate

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
