About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire procurement process from requirements gathering to PO execution
- Drive sourcing initiatives across Engineering, Design & Technical Consulting, Construction & Turnkey Projects, and Finishings & Interior Design
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory frameworks
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with PMCs, project managers, finance, legal, and engineering teams
- Oversee requisition and PO process, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Lead supplier onboarding, pre qualifications, and supplier performance management
- Conduct internal training to support adoption of procurement systems and best practices
- Analyze spend and supplier data to propose cost saving and efficiency improvement strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years end to end procurement background
- Experience managing procurement and commercial activities across engineering and construction works
- Strong understanding of development and construction life cycle and related supply markets
- Track record of delivering significant savings through strategic sourcing and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Hands on experience with ERP procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar

Role Overview
- As a Procurement Lead Development & Construction, you will be embedded with client procurement functions.
- Delivering procurement activity to realize Saudi Vision 2030.
What will you be doing?
- Take full ownership of end to end procurement lifecycle from sourcing strategy to PO execution.
- Manage entire procurement process: requirements gathering, planning, market engagement, supplier selection, PO execution.
- Drive sourcing initiatives across Engineering, Design & Technical Consulting, Construction & Turnkey Projects, and Finishings & Interior Design.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee requisition and PO process.
- Lead supplier onboarding, pre qualifications, and supplier performance management.

About You
- Strong end to end procurement background (minimum 10 years).
- Experience managing procurement and commercial activities across engineering and construction works.
- Strong understanding of development and construction life cycle and related supply markets.
- Track record of delivering significant savings through strategic sourcing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adept multi tasker capable of managing multiple concurrent sourcing activities.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hands on experience with ERP procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar.
Contract Type
- This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
