  • We are hiring a Creative Director for Social Content to join a dynamic personal branding team based in Dubai.

  • As the Creative Director, you will lead the creative vision, strategy, and execution of all short form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • You will be responsible for conceptualising high performing content formats, developing original episodic structures, and building a repeatable, scalable content system.
  • This role requires balancing high level strategic planning with hands on guidance, steering a team of videographers, editors, and creators to ensure consistent and high quality storytelling.

  • Lead the strategic planning of all short form content, crafting creative frameworks, scripts, hooks, and storyboards.
  • Develop original content concepts and episodic formats designed for maximum engagement and virality.
  • Coordinate, guide, and manage videographers, editors, and designers, providing feedback during the shooting and post production phases.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms to quickly capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as viewer retention, watch time, and reach to optimise future content strategies.
  • Collaborate with wider marketing, PR, and business teams to align founder led content initiatives with broader commercial goals.
  • Experiment with new creative structures, editing styles, and AI tools to enhance production efficiency and performance .
  • Discover the requirements
  • Four to seven years of experience in short form content strategy, creative direction, or creator marketing.
  • Prior experience working directly with high profile creators, influencers, or founder led brands is highly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in short form storytelling with a proven ability to conceptualize viral formats and audience retention structures.
  • A comprehensive understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and their respective algorithms.
  • Strong experience guiding post production teams and video editors to maintain strict quality and brand consistency.
  • A bachelor degree in marketing, media, communications, or a related field is preferred, alongside a performance driven, trend aware mindset.
