The Role

You will serve as the **Right Hand to the Head of Marketing**.

Your main focus is to research viral ideas and keep the content department organized.

This is a role for someone who is obsessed with social media trends and is highly structured.

Daily Responsibilities

  • **Research:** Scout TikTok, IG, and competitors for EV-related trends and viral hooks.
  • **Ideation:** Prepare **5–10 structured ideas per day** (not random, but planned concepts).
  • **Coordination:** Contact our branches to see which cars and stories are available for filming.
  • **Planning:** Organize the weekly content calendar and ensure everything is ready for the production team.

Candidate Profile

  • **Social Media Native:** You spend hours on TikTok/IG and understand trends faster than anyone else.
  • **Highly Organized:** You can manage a busy schedule and keep ideas structured.
  • **Sharp Thinker:** You can take a trend and adapt it specifically for the Under EVS brand.
  • **English Fluency:** Strong communication skills for planning and briefing.
  • **Proactive:** You anticipate what needs to be done before being asked.
