Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **Sourcing & Purchasing:** Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors within the local Dubai market and internationally.
• **Order Management:** Prepare purchase orders, track order status, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• **ERP Data Management:** Utilize the company’s ERP system to input data, manage inventory levels, track purchase histories, and generate precise procurement reports.
• **Vendor Relations:** Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions with suppliers to secure the best value without compromising quality.
• **Collaboration:** Report directly to the Procurement Manager, providing regular updates on procurement activities, price fluctuations, and supply chain bottlenecks.
• **Compliance & Documentation:** Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and local UAE legal regulations. Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and contracts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role within the **Dubai/UAE market**.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using **ERP software** (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is highly preferred.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• **Market Knowledge:** Solid understanding of Dubai supply chain logistics, local vendors, and standard procurement procedures.
• **Skills:** Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• **Language:** **Fluent in English & TAGALOG (written and spoken).**
