Job Opening: Warranty Administrator

**Location:** EVS Dubai – Dubai Investment Park (DIP)

The Role

EVS UAE is looking for a **Warranty Administrator with a strong financial/accounting background** to join our DIP facility.

You will bridge the gap between technical service and financial recovery, ensuring all warranty claims are processed, reconciled, and paid accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Claim Management:** Prepare and submit warranty claims for EV components.
  • **Financial Reconciliation:** Manage warranty receivables and resolve payment discrepancies/rejections.
  • **Costing:** Review repair orders for accurate labor rates and parts pricing.
  • **Reporting:** Track recovery rates and provide financial updates to management.
  • **Audit:** Maintain "audit-ready" documentation to prevent financial chargebacks.

Requirements

  • **3+ years** of automotive warranty experience in the UAE.
  • **Educational Background:** Degree in **Accounting or Finance** preferred.
  • **Skills:** Advanced **Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and DMS proficiency.
  • **Traits:** Detail-oriented with a focus on financial accuracy and cash flow.
  • **Location:** Ability to commute to **DIP**.
