Content & LE Coordinator

This role exists to ensure the quality, coherence, and pedagogical integrity of all learning experiences developed for the Youth Program.

The Coordinator will act as the internal instructional owner of content by critically reviewing and improving externally developed materials, ensuring they meet pedagogical standards, learner needs, and program goals, and independently developing or revising content when required.

Beyond instructional ownership, the role coordinates the end-to-end content development process, including management of projects, vendors, budgets, and digital content infrastructure to ensure smooth and timely delivery of high-quality learning materials aligned to the FSTC learner journey and contextually adapted across program models.
