Associate Manager - Learning & Development

Track learning outcomes through analytics, feedback, and reporting to improve learning effectiveness.

Drive continuous improvement by strengthening learning processes, digital learning, and knowledge management.

Key Deliverables:

End-to-end learning journeys, onboarding programs, and capability-building initiatives

Learning resources, LMS courses, toolkits, and communication collateral

Employee engagement and learning campaigns

Learning operations, stakeholder, SME, and vendor management

Learning analytics, dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement

Required Experiences & Skills:

8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HRD, or Instructional Design.

Exposure to the development/social impact sector is mandatory.

Experience conducting learning needs analysis and designing, facilitating, and evaluating learning interventions.

Experience managing learning projects, onboarding programs, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships.

Experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating dependencies across teams.

Willingness and commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.

Salary:

The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 66,000 /- per month (cost to company) ( The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
