- Capture and edit high quality photos and videos of properties, communities, and amenities for use across listings, social media, and the company website.
- Produce engaging content including reels, property walkthroughs, before and after transformations, and neighborhood highlight videos.
- Collaborate with agents and the leasing team to schedule shoots, understand property selling points, and ensure accurate and appealing visual representation.
- Develop branded templates and creative posts for new listings, open houses, price adjustments, client testimonials, and market insights.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive visual content library to support ongoing marketing campaigns, advertisements, and seasonal promotions.

Job Overview
- The Content Creator is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and publishing high quality visual and written content to effectively promote property listings, real estate projects, and the company’s brand across digital platforms.
- This role plays a key part in enhancing online presence, supporting sales and leasing activities, and engaging target audiences through compelling storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and edit high quality photos and videos of properties, communities, and amenities for use across listings, social media, and the company website.
- Produce engaging content including reels, property walkthroughs, before and after transformations, and neighborhood highlight videos.
- Collaborate with agents and the leasing team to schedule shoots, understand property selling points, and ensure accurate and appealing visual representation.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles, including property presentation, staging, curb appeal, and lifestyle focused storytelling.
- Ability to effectively showcase property layouts, space, and features using appropriate angles, lighting techniques, and smooth video transitions.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and real estate marketing channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and property listing portals.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work with cross functional teams.
