About The Role

  • As our Content & Social Strategy Executive (MEA) you will lead and deliver social media strategy and content across one of Dyson’s most dynamic regions.
  • Working across key markets including Saudi Arabia, UAE and South Africa, you will drive best in class social performance, combining creativity with data led execution to grow engagement, influence and commercial impact.
  • This is a high ownership role with visibility across the business—responsible for managing globally leading social channels while shaping how Dyson shows up across social platforms in MEA.

You Will

  • Own and execute social strategy across MEA markets, aligning global direction with local relevance
  • Lead Dyson Arabia and South Africa Instagram and TikTok channels, driving growth and engagement
  • Plan and deliver monthly and annual social content calendars across owned channels
  • Develop and optimise performance through data led analysis and clear KPI tracking
  • Create and curate compelling content across text, image and video formats
  • Activate and manage influencer campaigns, from selection through to performance tracking
  • Partner closely with Media, PR, Category and Retail teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Support paid social execution in collaboration with the Performance Media team
  • Engage directly with audiences, including live event coverage and community management
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling and execution across all markets and channels
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and elevate social strategy to world class standards

About You

  • At least 4 years’ experience in digital or social marketing, in house or agency side
  • A proactive, self sufficient operator who thrives in fast paced, multi market environments
  • Combines creative instinct with analytical rigour to deliver and optimise high impact content
  • Strong understanding of key social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Proven experience executing social strategies that drive measurable results
  • Confident collaborating across multiple stakeholders and markets
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns and scaled content delivery
  • Data driven mindset, able to interpret performance and act quickly
  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar platforms
  • Fluent in English; Arabic advantageous
