- Handle inbound and outbound calls including sales and telemarketing
- Provide customers with services, handle complaints and inquiries through all customer service channels
- Book, reschedule, and cancel experience bookings on behalf of customers and service providers
- Sell event tickets through inbound, outbound calls, and other channels
- Handle customer transactions via WhatsApp, social media, email, live chat
- Escalate customer complaints and feedback to concerned departments
- Make outbound research marketing and sales calls
- Modify, review, upload, and remove merchant experiences as needed
- Maintain individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Diploma degree or bachelor's degree
- Fresh graduates or 1 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good command of English and Arabic languages
- Good computer skills

About the Role

- We are looking for a Contact Center Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle contact center inbound and outbound calls including Sales and telemarketing calls.
- Provide customers with services, handle complaints and inquiries through all customer service channels.
- Act as a source of information for customers, collect feedback, and enhance satisfaction.
- Support clients, merchants, and service providers by collecting feedback and handling inquiries.
- Follow company policies and maintain equipment and image.
- Adhere to working hours, breaks, and tasks assigned.
- Book, reschedule, and cancel experience bookings on behalf of customers and service providers.
- Sell event tickets through inbound, outbound calls, and all contact center channels.
- Handle customer transactions via WhatsApp, social media, email, live chat.
- Escalate complaints and feedback to concerned departments and follow up.
- Make outbound research marketing and sales calls.

Key Qualifications
