This role involves performing application maintenance, managing incident support for ServiceNow applications, and contributing to software releases by delivering configuration tasks and features, manage environments. The administrator should possess technical skills to execute common configuration and maintenance activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform. • Perform application maintenance and routine health checks. • Manage and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow applications. • Support ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and implementing new features. • Ensure compliance with best practices and organizational standards for ServiceNow administration. • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues. • Automate tasks when necessary .Manage sub production environments (DEV, UAT, PRE PROD) including interfaces with other SG apps to meet project's needs: configuration and maintenance, data management, release/deployment support, access/permissions, automation. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform Administration. • Experience with ServiceNow configuration and maintenance activities. • Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, and Release Management processes. • Experience managing multiple ServiceNow environments (DEV, UAT, PRE-PROD). • Knowledge of user access management, roles, and permissions. • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and interfacing with external applications. • Basic scripting and automation capabilities using ServiceNow tools and technologies. • Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices. Preferred Qualifications • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
