Consultant - Digital

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Hatch and client stakeholders and understand business requirements and pain points.
• Explore use cases and develop proof points to strengthen digital offerings.
• Guide project scoping, requirements analysis, gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and functional design.
• Support solution development, configuration, integration, user acceptance testing, deployment, technical support, and training.
• Help solve complex functional and process issues across organizational boundaries.
• Present concepts and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering, computer science, or information technology.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in process or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of business process reengineering, Six Sigma, value management, and Day in the Life change management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High levels of travel to client and project sites are required.

Digital Domains

• Relevant digital domains include digital twins, industrial AI, advanced process control, value-chain optimization, systems integration, and industrial IT/OT convergence.
• The role combines industrial expertise and engineering capabilities with digital solution delivery.
