Job Description
- ****الاعداد للمشاركة في كافة فئات برنامج دبي للتميز الحكومي****
- تقديم الدعم لكافة الوحدات التنظيمية لتطبيق معايير برنامج دبي للتميز والتنسيق مع الشركاء الخارجيين والداخليين لتضمين احتياجاتهم وتوقعاتهم في منظومة التميز المؤسسي بالهيئة.
- الإشراف على ومتابعة تنفيذ خطة التقييم الذاتي للوحدات التنظيمية للهيئة وفق معايير نموذج برنامج دبي للمتميز.
- تحليل التقرير التنفيذي التعقيبي لكافة معايير ومتطلبات الجائزة ومتابعة تنفيذ التوصيات الواردة به على مستوى الوحدات التنظيمية
- إعداد ومتابعة تنفيذ خطة تطبيق مجالات التحسين الواردة في تقرير التقييم الخاص ببرنامج دبي للتميز والتقييم الذاتي.
- اعداد ومتابعة تنفيذ خطة مشاركة الموظفين بكافة فئات أوسمة دبي للتميز الحكومي.
- مراجعة كافة ملفات أوسمة دبي للتميز الحكومي.
- تقديم الدعم والاستشارات اللازمة لكافة الموظفين المشاركين بفئات أوسمة دبي للتميز الحكومي.
- التنسيق الدائم مع برنامج دبي للتميز الحكومي وحضور كافة الفعاليات والأنشطة المدعو لها بهذا الخصوص.
- ****نشر وتعزيز ثقافة التميز بالهيئة وإعداد وتنفيذ برامج توعية وتدريب وورش عمل متعلقة بالتميز المؤسسي****
- اعداد ومتابعة تنفيذ خطة نشر ثقافة التميز المؤسسي من برامج وورش تدريبية على مستوى القطاعات والإدارات التابعة للهيئة كل حسب اختصاصه.
- اعداد وتأهيل فرق العمل للمشاركة الفاعلة في برنامج دبي للتميز الحكومي وفق المعايير ذات العلاقة بطبيعة مهام عمل تلك الفرق.
- اعداد وتأهيل الموظفين المشاركين في اوسمة دبي للتميز بما يتوافق مع متطلبات كل فئة من فئات الأوسمة.
- ****الدعم الخاص بجائزة التميز الداخلية****
- تقديم الدعم والاستشارة لجائزة التميز الداخلية بالهيئة (بكم نفتخر) من خلال مراجعة المعايير للتوافق مع متطلبات منظومة دبي للتمييز الحكومي لكافة فئات الجائزة الداخلية.
- ****الاعداد للمشاركة في الجوائز المحلية والعالمية والخارجية****
- الاشراف على اعداد خطة عمل سنوية للمشاركة في جوائز التميز المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية بالتوافق مع الأولويات الاستراتيجية للهيئة.
- تقديم الاستشارة والدعم لفرق العمل عن آلية التقييم ومحاور التقييم للجوائز المستهدفة بالمشاركة.
- مراجعة وثائق التقديم الخاصة بالمشاركات الخارجية للهيئة.
- الإشراف على ومتابعة تنفيذ خطة العمل التحسينية الواردة في تقارير التقييم الخاصة بالمشاركة في الجوائز الخارجية في حال توفرها.
Qualifications
بكالوريوس في مجال العمل او في ادراة الاعمال كحد ادنى
المؤهل العلمي كحد أدنى
Minimum Qualification
18 سنة خبرة في مجال العمل كحد ادنى
