A leading healthcare provider in Dubai, UAE is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to provide expert surgical management of complex cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and surgically manage patients with congenital and acquired cardiovascular diseases
- Perform a comprehensive range of adult cardiac surgical procedures including CABG, heart valve repair/replacement, aortic aneurysm/dissection surgery, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, redo cardiac surgery, and emergency procedures
- Conduct comprehensive pre operative assessments and provide post operative management in collaboration with the cardiac intensive care team
- Work closely with interventional cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, perfusionists, cardiac imaging specialists, and rehabilitation teams
- Participate in Heart Team meetings and multidisciplinary case discussions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with DHA regulations and hospital policies
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and clinical governance standards
- Participate in clinical audits, research, quality improvement initiatives, and Continuing Medical Education (CME)
- Mentor junior surgeons, residents, and fellows while contributing to departmental education and clinical service development
Requirements
- MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification
- Board Certification, Fellowship, CCT, or equivalent recognized Consultant qualification in Cardiac Surgery
- Minimum 5 10 years of post specialization experience at the Consultant level
- Eligibility for or possession of a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Consultant license
- Extensive experience in adult cardiac surgery with excellent surgical outcomes
- Experience in minimally invasive and complex cardiac surgical procedures is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering evidence based, patient centered cardiovascular care

Overview
- We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai, UAE.
- The successful candidate will provide expert surgical management of complex cardiovascular conditions, delivering outstanding patient care while working within a multidisciplinary team in a state of the art cardiac center.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and surgically manage patients with congenital and acquired cardiovascular diseases.
- Perform a comprehensive range of adult cardiac surgical procedures, including CABG, heart valve repair and replacement, aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection surgery, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, redo cardiac surgery, and emergency cardiac surgical procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in internationally accredited tertiary cardiac centers.
- Fellowship training in minimally invasive cardiac surgery, aortic surgery, heart failure surgery, or structural heart procedures is an added advantage.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
